Where can I send my special requests?

You can email it to chellescreations24@gmail.com with "Special request" in the subject line. Or text to (910) 587-6393 starting with "your name and special request for Chelle's Creations" at the beginning of the text. Include occasion, names, dates, favorites (Ex.Birthday for a four year old boy - Elijah- who loves power rangers and dinosaurs favorite color is blue)
Can I do a bulk order?

Absolutely. Just keep in mind that bulk orders will take longer to make and send out. So be sure to order well in advance before your event or holiday.
Can I order a different design than that is sold on this site?

Yes. All you have to do is email to chellescreations24@gmail.com with a description of what you are looking for and send any pictures that you want included in the design. A few different options will be sent for your approval to make sure that is the best choice for you.
Can I return or exchange the cup?

No, I do not accept returns or exchanges because the cup is tailored to your specific needs.
